2.2 Information Collected Automatically. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies described in Section 6.
2.3 Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including: advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) that provide audience data and conversion reporting; analytics providers; data enrichment services; and publicly available sources. This information may be combined with data we have collected directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and improving our Services and Site;
- Processing transactions and sending related notices;
- Communicating with you about your account, inquiries, or program enrollment;
- Sending marketing, promotional, and educational communications (subject to your opt-out rights);
- Running targeted advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms;
- Creating Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences for advertising purposes;
- Analyzing Site usage and user behavior to optimize performance and conversion;
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

- Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or for which you have provided consent.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
4.1 Service Providers. We share your information with trusted third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering Services, including payment processors, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics providers, and advertising technology providers. These parties are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable law.
4.2 Advertising Platforms. We share certain information with advertising platforms including Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC for the purpose of serving targeted advertisements, measuring campaign performance, and building audiences. See Section 5 for full disclosure of Meta-specific data practices.
4.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; or (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.
4.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Site of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information.
4.5 With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
5. Meta Advertising Technologies and Tracking
We use Meta Platforms advertising technologies on our Site. This section specifically discloses our use of these tools in compliance with Meta's Terms of Service, applicable privacy laws, and FTC guidelines.
5.1 Meta Pixel. Our Site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of JavaScript code that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding actions people take on our Site. The Meta Pixel collects data including: pages viewed, time spent on pages, buttons clicked, forms submitted, purchases completed, and your IP address and browser information. This data is transmitted to Meta and used to: (a) measure ad performance and conversion rates; (b) optimize ad delivery to users most likely to take desired actions; (c) build Custom Audiences for retargeting; and (d) create Lookalike Audiences of users similar to our existing customers.
5.2 Meta Conversions API. In addition to the Meta Pixel, we use the Meta Conversions API (CAPI), a server-side tool that allows us to share web events directly from our server to Meta. The Conversions API may transmit information including: email addresses (hashed), phone numbers (hashed), names, IP addresses, and event data. This server-to-server connection supplements the Pixel to improve measurement accuracy and ad performance, particularly in environments where browser-based tracking is limited.
5.3 Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences. We may upload customer lists (including email addresses and phone numbers) to Meta to create Custom Audiences for targeted advertising. We may also use your data to create Lookalike Audiences — groups of Meta users who share similar characteristics with our existing customers. By using our Site or providing your contact information, you acknowledge these practices.
5.4 Retargeting. We use data collected through the Meta Pixel and other tracking tools to serve you targeted advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta's Audience Network after you have visited our Site. These ads are tailored based on your browsing behavior and interactions with our content.
5.5 Your Opt-Out Options. You may limit Meta's use of your data for advertising by: (a) visiting your Facebook Ad Preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences; (b) using the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info; (c) adjusting your browser or device privacy settings; or (d) emailing us at action@wesellup.com to request removal from our Custom Audiences. Note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means ads will be less personalized.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Site. Types of cookies we use include: (a) Essential Cookies — necessary for the Site to function; (b) Analytics Cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., Google Analytics); (c) Advertising Cookies — used to deliver relevant ads and track conversions (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads); and (d) Functional Cookies — used to remember your preferences.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Site. For more information about managing cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.
7. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All commercial email communications from us will: (a) identify the sender clearly; (b) include a physical mailing address (5900 Balcones Drive #28670, Austin, TX 78731); (c) include a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism; and (d) honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days). To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contact us at action@wesellup.com. Transactional and account-related emails are not subject to opt-out.

When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it. Advertising platform data (including Meta Pixel data) is retained in accordance with Meta's data retention policies.
10. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction.
